ચોમાસા દરમિયાન લિફ્ટનો સુરક્ષિત ઉપયોગ
આપણે જાણીએ છીએ કે ભારે વરસાદ દરમિયાન માત્ર જનજીવન જ નહીં, લિફ્ટની કામગીરી પણ પ્રભાવિત થઈ શકે છે. વરસાદી પાણીના કારણે કન્ટ્રોલર, ડ્રાઇવ યુનિટ જેવા મહત્વપૂર્ણ ભાગોને નુકસાન પહોંચે તો તેના સમારકામમાં મોટો ખર્ચ થઈ શકે છે. નીચેની સાવચેતીઓ લિફ્ટને સુરક્ષિત અને કાર્યરત રાખવામાં મદદ કરશે.
મશીન રૂમ
- દરવાજા, બારીઓ, વેન્ટિલેશન અને એક્ઝોસ્ટ ફેનના ભાગમાંથી વરસાદી પાણી અંદર ન પ્રવેશે તેની ખાતરી કરો.
લિફ્ટ પિટ અને ફ્લોર
- લિફ્ટના પ્રવેશદ્વાર પાસે પાણી એકઠું ન થાય તેની કાળજી રાખો. જરૂર પડે તો ઢાળ (Slope) અથવા સુરક્ષા બેરિયર બનાવો, જેથી પાણી શાફ્ટ અથવા પિટમાં ન જાય.
- પિટમાં પાણી ભરાય તો ઇલેક્ટ્રિકલ સ્વિચ ભીના થઈ લિફ્ટ બંધ થઈ શકે છે. વિસ્તાર સંપૂર્ણ સુકાઈ જાય ત્યાં સુધી લિફ્ટ ચાલુ કરશો નહીં.
અર્થિંગ અને ELCB
- ચોમાસા પહેલાં લિફ્ટનું અર્થિંગ ચકાસાવો.
- શોર્ટ સર્કિટથી સુરક્ષા માટે ELCB યોગ્ય રીતે કાર્યરત છે તેની તપાસ કરાવો.
લિફ્ટનો ઉપયોગ
- ભીના હાથથી કોલ બટન દબાવવાનું ટાળો.
મહત્વપૂર્ણ નોંધ
પાણીથી થયેલ નુકસાન વોરંટી, ગેરંટી અથવા AMC હેઠળ આવરી લેવામાં આવતું નથી. આવા સમારકામ માટે અલગથી ચાર્જ લાગશે.

हम जानते हैं कि भारी बारिश के दौरान केवल जनजीवन ही नहीं, बल्कि लिफ्ट का संचालन भी प्रभावित हो सकता है। वर्षा का पानी कंट्रोलर, ड्राइव यूनिट जैसे महत्वपूर्ण भागों को नुकसान पहुँचा सकता है, जिससे मरम्मत पर भारी खर्च आ सकता है। नीचे दी गई सावधानियाँ आपकी लिफ्ट को सुरक्षित और सुचारु रूप से चालू रखने में मदद करेंगी।
मशीन रूम
- सुनिश्चित करें कि दरवाज़ों, खिड़कियों, वेंटिलेशन तथा एग्जॉस्ट फैन के हिस्सों से वर्षा का पानी अंदर प्रवेश न करे।
लिफ्ट पिट और फ्लोर
- लिफ्ट के प्रवेश द्वार के पास पानी जमा न होने दें। आवश्यकता होने पर ढाल (Slope) या सुरक्षा अवरोध (Barrier) बनाएं, ताकि पानी शाफ्ट या पिट में प्रवेश न कर सके।
- यदि पिट में पानी भर जाए, तो इलेक्ट्रिकल स्विच गीले होने के कारण लिफ्ट बंद हो सकती है। क्षेत्र पूरी तरह सूखने तक लिफ्ट को चालू न करें।
अर्थिंग और ELCB
- मानसून शुरू होने से पहले लिफ्ट की अर्थिंग की जांच अवश्य करवाएं।
- शॉर्ट सर्किट से सुरक्षा के लिए सुनिश्चित करें कि ELCB सही तरीके से कार्य कर रही है।
लिफ्ट का उपयोग
- गीले हाथों से लिफ्ट का कॉल बटन दबाने से बचें।
महत्वपूर्ण सूचना
पानी से होने वाला नुकसान वारंटी, गारंटी या AMC के अंतर्गत शामिल नहीं होता। ऐसे किसी भी मरम्मत कार्य के लिए अलग से शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
Safe Elevator Usage During the Monsoon
Heavy rainfall can affect not only daily life but also the safe operation of elevators. Rainwater can damage critical components such as the controller and drive unit, resulting in expensive repairs. Following the precautions below will help keep your elevator safe and operational during the monsoon.
Machine Room
- Ensure that rainwater does not enter the machine room through doors, windows, ventilation openings, or exhaust fans.
Lift Pit and Floor
- Prevent water from accumulating near the elevator entrance. If necessary, provide a proper slope or install a protective barrier to stop water from entering the lift shaft or pit.
- If water enters the lift pit, electrical switches may become wet, causing the elevator to stop operating. Do not restart the elevator until the entire area is completely dry.
Earthing and ELCB
- Have the elevator earthing inspected before the monsoon season.
- Ensure that the ELCB is functioning properly to provide protection against short circuits and electrical leakage.
Elevator Usage
- Avoid pressing the elevator call button with wet hands.

Damage caused by water is not covered under the warranty, guarantee, or AMC. Any repairs resulting from water damage will be charged separately.
